Are you looking for a NEW role?
Our client is hiring at a very luxurious residency in London - please read below for more information.
Location: Greenwich (SE10)
Block Size: 102 Apartments
Times: 8:00am - 20:00pm
Shift Pattern: 4 ON - 4 OFF
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Duties Involved:
- Greeting residents in and out of the residency.
- Dealing with residents queries and ensuring they're directed to the right person on site.
- Responding to email and telephone requests.
- Keeping a logbook of all visitors on site.
- Handling Parcels.
- Site Patrols.
- Being presentable, visible and approachable at all times.
- Possibly helping with luggage / shopping.
Experience Required:
- You must have a minimum of 1 years experience as a residential concierge.
OR
- 1 to 2 years experience working in a front of house role in a 5* hotel.
