Day Valet
Hours 4 on 4 off; 7am-7pmThe Valet will work closely with the Duty Manager and Concierges, managing the car park entrance. The scheme provides on-site residential parking spaces. When valeting cars, you must do this with the highest level of efficiency and competence, while building a professional rapport with the residents.
Duties include:
* Manage all incoming and outgoing cars
* Maintain impeccable standards of welcoming service; holding car doors open, assisting with their luggage and liaising with the concierge team
* Deliver and retrieve resident cars from the car park and drive to the collection point upon request
* Ensure all resident car keys are stored safely in the relevant safe or dropped back to their apartment if required
* Deliver unparalleled level of service in an intuitive and bespoke manner and be an ambassadorRequirements:
* Fluent in English
* Strong communication skills
* Flexible, confident and approachable
* Previous experience as a Valet within a luxury fast paced environment
* Full clean UK driving licence minimum 3 years + must be 25 years or older due to insurance reasons
