Description

Our client is looking for a high end luxury tempoary concierge that is willing to place permanantly. Based around Farringdon, London.

The shift pattern will be 4ON 4OFF night shifts from 19:00pm - 07:00am.

Main Duties:

  • Delivering excellent & exceptional customer service to all residents and being the first point of contact for all people entering the property
  • Key handling
  • Parcel handling
  • Good problem solving skills/using own initiative
  • Looking smart and well presented at all times
  • Positive attitude, helpful and friendly
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with the Building Manager/team members

The successful person must have strong administrational skills outstanding customer service skills. Experience within luxury residential developments is required.
