Description

VERTO HR are currently seeking an experienced Weekend Concierge to join a brand new residential development, based in Hackney.

The shift pattern will be, Sat & Sun - 0900-1800 (reducing to 0900-1700 once fully occupied)

Salary: £10,799.36

Main Duties:

  • Delivering excellent & exceptional customer service to all residents and being the first point of contact for all people entering the property
  • Patrols
  • Key handling
  • Parcel deliveries
  • Good problem solving skills/using own initiative
  • Looking smart and well presented at all times
  • Positive attitude, helpful and friendly
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with the Estate Manager/team members

Experience within residential developments is a must, with a preference for previous experience within new build developments.
