Description

Our Client are actively seeking a Caretaker/Cleaner to work at a high end residential development based in Luton.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
Salary: £10.85 per hour


Duties required but are not limited to:

- Assist residents with any requests
- Setting up the community hall for people who rent it out, remove tables and chairs etc
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Ensure the tidiness of the common areas of the building
- Conduct patrols and site inspections
- Issuing of keys only to correct personnel whilst recording at all times the signing in and out of keys
- Assist residents with luggage/shopping
- Correct issuing of all parcels, keeping record
- Cleaning duties of communal areas when required
- Ensure effective security of residents and the building at all times
- Toilet cleaning

Requirements:

- High attention to detail
- Smart presentation
- Personable and friendly
- Well spoken English
