Our client is seeking a temporary Cleaner to help assist at one of their luxury residential sites based in Hayes.
This will be on-going work until further notice
Start Date - Immediate
Hours - Monday's , Wednesday's & Friday's 8am until 1pm
Rate - £9.80ph + holiday payMain purpose of the job:
To provide general cleaning support for the buildings and external areas.Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Oversee cleaning of external areas of blocks according to cleaning specification.
- Clean and polish entrance doors and door furniture.
- Empty, clean and replace waste bins.
- Check all overflows externally
- Pick up litterPerson Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a caretaker, yardperson or estate operative
- Honest and Reliable

- Works well under pressure
