Description

We are currently looking for a Caretaker to work in a residential development based in Limehouse, London E14.

Salary:
£25,000pa

Hours:
Monday - Friday: 7am - 3pm

Start:
ASAP

Main purpose of the job:
To provide general caretaking for the building.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Sweep and mop main entrance & lift
- Sweep and mop bin room
- Sweep car park, garden and external area
- Collect parcels for residents
- Check cameras are working

Person Specification:
- Previous experience within residential or hotel environment in a similar role
- Honest and Reliable
- Team Player
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
