Description

We are looking for someone with a very strong work ethic and great customer service, to join a fantastic team at a luxury residential development in Knightsbridge, London SW7!

Working hours:

You will be expected to work on a 3 week rota, as follows:
Week 1: Monday - Friday: 7am-3pm
Week 2: Monday - Friday: 10am - 6pm
Week 3: Monday - Wednesday: 2pm-10pm, Saturday & Sunday: 7am-3pm

The Head Porter role is focused upon excelling in the area of Customer Service and providing an unrivalled resident experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • To demonstrate excellent Communication skills both with colleagues, individual residents, customers tenants - meeting their sometimes bespoke needs
  • To Exhibit a passion for Customer Service and possess a clear focus towards creating and maintaining the best possible resident experience
  • To Meet and Greet the residents and their guests when they arrive at the building and reception. Striving to create an individual experience which makes the person feel valued
  • To be attentive to residents and visitors needs and wants within reasonable expectations
  • To further develop a dovetailed approach with the team, based on site, and provide assistance to the quality of the service provided - for example; carrying out of viewings out of hours, responding to queries where possible and accurately recording messages and other communications

Essential experience

  • Worked in a similar environment for a minimum of two years
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft windows software including Word and Outlook

Desirable

  • Residential experience
  • Hospitality background
  • Knowledge and experience of health and safety legislation as it applies to the work environment and residential buildings

Qualifications

  • Good level of education - to include written and verbal communication skills

Special Features

  • Ad-hoc requests will be made via the management team to complete reasonable tasks in relation to the building, residents, and supporting colleagues
