A growing Block Management company is looking for an Office Adminstrator to join their team.
This position which has a direct route into the Property sector allows an organised, ambitious person the opportunity to progress within this expanding business.
Position Type: Permanent, Full Time, Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
Location: Paddington, London. Office based role
Role Summary
The office administrator is a key position within this business managing business functions and extending out to the property management element of the business. This position will suit an experienced administrator with the ability to follow processes and an interest in property.
Responsibilities- Managing the office area, including welcoming customers and contractors
- Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
- Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases
- Answering telephones and supporting with low level property queries
- Provide adminstration support to the Block Managers were applicable.
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
- Control of department email address, ensuring all queries are directed to the responsible person and answered within a reasonable timescale.
- Receipt of physical paperwork from both internal and external parties, ensuring all paperwork is present ahead of periodic archiving.
- Scanning of physical paperwork, ensuring no records go to storage without a digital record being available.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Head of Block Management
Academic/Educational Requirement
Educated to GSCE Level
Required Skills/Experience/knowledge:
Previous experience processing paperwork within a regulated environment.
Demonstratable experience in managing their own workflow and ability to complete requirements within set timescales.
Team player with ability to work using own initiative when necessary.
Demonstratable confident and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications.
