WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm & Saturday 9am - 1pm
PURPOSE AND AIM OF POST: To assume overall responsibility for the smooth running of the Estate Management function. To monitor and arrange, under the supervision of the Managing Agent, the estate operations, services and day-to-day responsibility.

* Understanding of caretaking/cleaning/gardening/general Maintenance
* Understanding of residential block management
* Ability to lead a team as the scheme growsJob Description
* Welcome residents to Fresh Wharf and assist with their orientation
* Deal with day to day enquiries from the residents and Owners via e-mail, post and telephone. Any accounting or legal queries should be directed to the Accounts team or the Property Manager at head office
* Oversee and monitor on-site staff and performances when a team is created
* Provide the first point of contact for all residents and deal with their enquiries as appropriate
* Inspect all communal areas regularly and keep all necessary records, report/escalate faults/defects or arrange for the necessary remedial worksGeneral
* In general, the post-holder is expected to be flexible and undertake duties as required by the Managing Agent
* To report any defect or health and safety concern, no matter what its nature, to the Managing Agents
* Whilst on duty you should be of tidy personal appearance
