Our client is looking for an exceptional Part Time Night Porter to work on a luxury residential development in Central London paying £18,000 - £18,200 (equivalent to £10.50 - £10.60 ph).
Rota:
Fridays - 4pm - 10pm
Saturdays - 6pm - 9am
Sundays - 9pm - 9am
Previous experience working in luxury apartments or 4/5* hotels would be desirable. This is a busy development so candidates must be able to multi-task on the front desk whilst providing exceptional customer service to residents.
Duties will include:
-Manning the reception desk
-Security patrols of the development on a regular basis
-Dealing with any queries or issues from residents
-Ensuring no trespassers gain entry to the development
-Supervising contractors
-Holding keys
-Ensuring that communal areas are kept clean and tidy
-Distributing post and parcels
- Bin duties
The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
