Our Client is looking for a Full-time Night Concierge to work at a Luxury Development in North West London.
They are looking for candidates who strive to provide excellent customer service to all residents and guests. Ideally candidates will have either residential or previous hospitality/hotel experience.
Role: Night Concierge
Hours: 7pm - 7am
Shift Pattern: 4 Nights on 4 Nights off
Salary: £24,500 pa
Duties and responsibilities:
- Parcel collection and distribution.
- Deliver excellent customer service to all, adopting a 'nothing is too much' attitude at all times.
- Greet all in a professional and courteous manner in accordance with the company standards.
- Aid and engage with all guests/resident's and colleagues within the premises.
- To carry out internal bin collections.
- Use of site patrol car whilst on security controls.
- Always act as an ambassador for the company.
- Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and timely manner.
- Ensure all guests/residents receive a full concierge service throughout their stay.
- Assist and support all guests/ residents by quickly responding to lifestyle requests for restaurants, flights and event tickets.
- To be able to provide an alternative to guests including day activities and tickets for any attractions.
- Process Luggage and delivery requests accurately and be responsible of the safekeeping of items ,left in the care of the company.
- Carry out regular building checks and log/report any maintenance that is required through the correct channels.
- Adhere to health and safety, fire and bomb threat procedures. Report anything which causes concern to staff or clients to the appropriate authority.
- Create and prepare standard letters, circulars and other correspondence using Microsoft Office applications, portal and Property Management Systems.
- Key handling and distribution.
Personal Specification:
Please note that all candidates must hold a UK driving licence.
- Very Smart and well presented.
- Residential/Hospitality background preferred
- Reliable and good timekeeping
- Approachable and proactive, willingness to help
- Ability to create professional relationships externally and internally with guests, residents and colleagues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be IT Literate
