- Description
As a concierge you will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and guests at the building and will be the first point of contact for all queries.
Working Hours:
4 on, 4 off; 7pm - amSalary
£28,421 per annumResponsibilities:
*To provide a warm, courteous and prompt welcome on arrival for all visitors to the building.
* To develop relationships and rapport between yourself and residents and managing agents.
* To anticipate any resident needs, follow up and ensure that the resident expectations are met and where possible exceed.
* Oversee the services provided including laundry service, chauffeur or other car service, private jet, theatre tickets, reservations, on site bookings.
* A personalised and bespoke service should be offered for each individual resident and overtime an understanding of their various preferences and needs should be recorded and shared amongst the concierge team.
*Attention to detail on all aspects of the job whether this relates to resident service or the maintenance and management of the building to the required immaculate level.
*To ensure that accurate log is maintained for any visitors, deliveries and are announced and escorted to the apartments.
*Be reliable, flexible, honest and a strong advocate for Office Concierge and the clients.
*To ensure that all operating policies and procedures are adhered to at all times and to work cohesively with colleagues on different shifts by ensuring smooth handovers and effective communication.
*To take responsibility of the concierge area as well as wider building and report any issues to the appropriate escalation point.
