Doorperson - Knightsbridge, London SW7

This luxury apartment building in Knightsbridge is seeking a dynamic and proactive polished Doorperson with previous experience of working in a high-end customer service establishment dealing with the general public

Rota is: Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm (45 hours weekly)
However the ideal person will be able to step in to cover for the other team members' annual leave/sickness, which include; Day Concierge (4 on, 4 off; 8am-8pm), Night Concierge (4 on, 4 off; 8pm-8am), Yardperson (Monday-Friday: 8am-12pm) & Cleaner (Monday-Friday: 8am-12pm)

Salary: £27,000pa (increased to £28,000pa after 6 month probation)

You will be responsible for ensuring a professional, courteous, confidential, safe and efficient reception service to the residents and visitors of the building

Duties will include
- meeting and greeting residents
- covering for the reception/concierge team as and when required
- assisting residents, guests and visitors where necessary
- dealing effectively with complaints and taking the correct action whilst remaining courteous at all times
- ensuring the effective security of residents and the building at all times

The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive attitude with a willingness to assist
Must have experience in either front of house or similar roles
