- Description
PMR are seeking an experienced property manager to:
Manage a portfolio of properties to a high standard
- Use initiative and problem-solving skills to foresee and resolve problems in a prompt, effective and efficient manner
- Co-ordinate and manage any works with approved contractors; ensuring works are carried out promptly, to a high standard, in a professional manner, and at the appropriate price
- Conduct regular property inspections and visit properties as required to assist tenants or landlords
- Monitor rent payments for arrears, contacting tenants for late payments and managing payment plans as required
- Communicate warmly and efficiently ensuring the tenants and landlords are informed of forthcoming end of tenancy, advising landlords of best course of action, negotiating terms between parties and accurately and efficiently managing associated paperwork
- Manage the end of tenancy process and deposit returns, providing professional and expert advice to landlords
Service
Demonstrate a high standard of customer service
- Build and maintain customer relationships through expert communication and high service levels
- Respond promptly to any customer contact and maintain regular communication throughout
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide all accurate and relevant information as required
- Assist customers in a professional, warm, friendly and sincere manner and deliver exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate active problem solving in order to avoid unnecessary complaints
Operational
Deliver a high standard of operational efficiency
- Keep abreast of and adhere to any legal requirements for residential lettings
- Demonstrate a high level of operational efficiency by delivering tasks to the required standard, accurately and on time
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes of all actions and communication
- Propose improvements to processes in order to increase efficiency and/or improve Greenwich
Peninsula Lettings service
- Report weekly KPIs/activity and provide detailed action points in pursuit of targets to Lettings Manager/Head of Lettings as required

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years' experience in a residential property management role. This role requires a calm and organised individual, with excellent communication skills.
