Night Concierge
Location - Shoreditch, London
Hours - 4 nights on 4 nights off; 8pm-8amThe Role and Duties
The concierge will be the first point of contact for residents and guests arriving. They will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and their guests, it will be their duty to create memorable experiences for the residents. They will need to have a strong passion for delivering great service in a professional manner and be able to work well under pressure.
Their main duties will include:
* Ensure excellent levels of customer service during the evenings and at night for all residents and their guests.
* Assist with resident and client requests, delivering an excellent bespoke service and be an ambassador for the company at all times.
* Manage and monitor contractors and building works that may be taking place and to ensure all Health and Safety measures are being adhered to at all times.
