Temporary Caretaker - Bristol

Our client is actively seeking a Temporary Caretaker to work at a residential development based in Bristol. The caretaker will be responsible for maintaining buildings, grounds and check that everything within the building is working effectively and efficiently.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

£9.00 - £10.00 per hour + Holiday Pay

Duties would include:

• Ensuring the development is secure
• Cleaning of the communal areas inside and outside the blocks.
• Maintaining the external areas
• Small maintenance jobs, such as changing light bulbs or fixing dripping taps, touching up paintwork
• Liaising with residents.
• Providing access for meter readings when residents request
• Liaising with management, external contractors, such as plumbers and electricians etc
• Storing equipment and supplies safely.
• Weekly testing of fire alarm, emergency and AOV
• Ensuring disabled access to the building where necessary.

Candidates will ideally have previous experience working in residential, or 4-5* hotels in a similar position.
