Our client is seeking an experienced Concierge to join the their luxury residential building based in Westminster, London SW1E!
Reports to: Building Manager
Hours: 4 on 4 off 7am - 7pmKey Responsibilities:
- To provide a quality service to the residents with job tasks and individual requests dealt with in an efficient and timely manner
- To assist with security of residents and the building at all times, ensuring that the safety of all residents and visitors is maintained
- Responsibility for the site fire and emergency procedures policy and ensuring relevant preventative measures undertaken
- Deliver excellent customer service to all residents
- Greet all residents in a professional and courteous mannerRequirements:
- Experience in Residenital or 5* Hotels.
- Reliable and timekeeping.
- Immaculate presentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
