Our client is seeking an experienced Concierge to join the their luxury residential building based in SW1E

Reports to: Building Manager
Hours: 4 on 4 off 7am - 7pm
Salary £23k - £24k per annum

Key Responsibilities:
To provide a quality service to the residents with job tasks and individual requests dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
To assist with security of residents and the building at all times, ensuring that the safety of all residents and visitors is maintained.
Responsibility for the site fire and emergency procedures policy and ensuring relevant preventative measures undertaken.
