Located in Borough, our client's scheme is a high-end residential development where we are currently looking for an excellent Night Concierge to join the team.
Hours of Work:
4 on, 4 off from 7pm - 7am
Main Duties:
- To be present at the Concierge/Reception Desk to assist residents, visitors and colleagues as and when requested
- Ensuring the smooth running of the building
- To ensure all residents and visitors receive a warm and sincere welcome
- To ensure that the highest levels of customer care and service are maintained at all times
- Deal effectively with complaints, take the correct action and remain courteous at all times
The successful candidate will also have previous experience working in luxury residential apartments or 4/5* hotels, have a proactive attitude and energetic personality.The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
