Operations Manager - Exciting Serviced Apartment Start Up

Our client is currently looking for an Operations Manager is in charge of the day-to-day operations of S&C apartments. The manager's role entails overseeing every aspect of the apartments and buildings to ensure smooth operations. maximum guest satisfaction and profit. The Operations Manager plans and organizes the housekeeping and maintenance team on a monthly, weekly and daily basis. Most, but not all of the Operation Manager's duties:
● Manage the communication with the cleaning service companyon a daily basis
● Manage the communication with the laundry service companyon a daily basis
● Schedule work shifts according to forecasted check in-check out schedules and by the guest's needs
● Ensure quality of cleaning by performing inspections and ongoing training
● Ensure building premises are clean, tidy, and ambient enough to receive and tend to guests
● Run efficient maintenance programs and schedules to ensure high quality apartments and guest experience
● Manage and control the inventory of the amenities, linens, towels and all other products related to the operation of the apartments
● Manage the communication, orders and delivery with all products suppliers
● Monitor the coordination between the different parts of the organisation to ensure smooth and efficient operations
● Constantly work to improve the building, the common areas, the apartment and overall guests experienceOur client currently has a small portfolio of excellent apartments across 4 sites in London however, they are looking to expand to 300+ units within the next 12 months.
The business allows their employees to work from home on a full time basis currently, however, they will be seeking a great new office space in future to allow a healthy balance between office culture and working from home.
Some weekends will be required however, the working hours are flexible to the needs of the business and your work life balance.
