Temporary Residential Porter - Various London Locations

PMR specialise in assisting luxury residential buildings across London with onsite staff.

We are currently seeking an experienced residential porters, to work across our London portfolio.

This will be on an adhoc basis, with various shift patterns.

Duties required but are not limited to:
- Assist residents with any requests
- Provide a bespoke service
- Ensure the tidiness of the common areas of the building
- Conduct patrols and site inspections
- Issuing of keys only to correct personnel whilst recording at all times the signing in and out of keys
- Assist residents with luggage/shopping
- Correct issuing of all parcels, keeping record
- Cleaning duties of communal areas when required
- Ensure effective security of residents and the building at all times including manning any CCTV
- Be able to give a clear and concise handover at the end of the shift

Requirements:
- Previous work in 4/5* hotels or luxury residential building
- High attention to detail
- Smart presentation
- Well spoken English
