PMR are currently recruiting for a weekend booking administrator to assist with our busy out of hours temporary desk.
Due to large company growth and the expansion of the temporary bookings team, we require an organised, customer serviced focused individual to support the residential site staff team, and take lead on bookings for any out of hours assignments that are requested across our client portfolio.
This position will be very fast paced as our clients do require immediate attention for any last minute sickness or holiday cover, and the right candidate will be expected to juggle numerous bookings at the same time, whilst keeping all clients and candidates up to date.
Full training will be provided to understand the company database, as well as support from the recruitment team to get a thorough understadings of all clients standards and expectations.
