Our Client are currently seeking a Day Concierge to join their team at a luxury residential development based in East London.
** SIA License is required for this role **
Working every Monday to Thursday with the hours of 7am - 7pm
Salary is £25,500 annually.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Meeting and greeting residents, guests and contractors
Parcel collection and distribution.
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Aid and engage with all guests/resident's and colleagues within the premises.
Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and timely manner.
Ensure all guests/residents receive a full concierge service throughout their stay.
Assist and support all guests/residents by quickly responding to lifestyle requests for restaurants, flights and event tickets.
Process Luggage and delivery requests accurately and be responsible of the safekeeping of items, left in the care of the company.
Carry out regular building checks and log/report any maintenance that is required through the correct channels.
Adhere to health and safety, fire and bomb threat procedures. Report anything which causes concern to staff or clients to the appropriate authority.
Create and prepare standard letters, circulars and other correspondence using Microsoft Office applications, portal and Property Management Systems.
