PMR provide on-site staff to high end residential apartments across the UK and are currently recruiting for temporary caretakers, yardmen and estate operatives to work with us in the London and surrounding areas.
We're currently recruiting for a temorary Caretaker role based in Belsize Park NW3
Start Date - Monday 25th July
Duration - 5 weeks ( must be immediately available )
Rate - £10.85ph - £11.05ph +holiday pay
Hours - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 08:00 - 16:00.Main purpose of the job:
To provide general cleaning support for the buildings and external areas.Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Oversee cleaning of external areas of blocks according to cleaning specification.
- Empty, clean and replace waste bins.
- Check all overflows externally
- Pick up litterPerson Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a caretaker, yardperson or estate operative
- Honest and Reliable
