Description

We are currently seeking a Temporary Porter/ Caretaker to provide some annual leave cover on a residential block based in North London. Training would be provided on site, but it would be beneficial for the candidate to have carried out similar roles previously. This position would be covering for 3-4 weeks on site, we will have more work available however once this assignment ends.

Hours: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)

Pay rate: £10 - £10.25 ph + holiday pay

Duties:

  • Cleaning of blocks according to cleaning specification.
  • Empty, clean and replace waste bins.
  • Answering the site mobile and assisting with residents' queries.
  • Being on hand for any contractor visits, and supervising.
  • Vacuum all carpets.
  • Thoroughly clean and polish all reception furniture, fittings, fixtures and equipment.
