Our Client is currently looking for a weekend day porter to oversee a luxury residential development in Marylebone, London W1U
Hours of work are: Saturdays - 07:30am to 21:30pm & Sundays 09:30am to 21:30pm
Salary is: £12,081.64 Per annum
Porter role:
The main purpose for the Porter is to be an effective and assuring presence to deal with the varied requirements of the residents with large emphasis on customer service.
To assist with the smooth running of management of the building. Duties will include but not be limited to;
Maintenance:
- Ensure all rubbish is removed during routine patrols.
- Ensure all bins are emptied and disinfected and no garbage left lying about.
- Check all lights are working. All blown lamps should be replaced.
- Water plants when necessary.
- Check that no trolleys, prams, bicycles are stored in the common parts.
Safety:
- Walk around the property during the day at regular intervals to check.
- Monitor CCTV system and respond to incidents.
- Maintained key safes: issue keys to visitors or contractors on instructions of residents.
- Record all visits by contractors.
General:
- Check out and deal with any matters reported by residents.
- Accept deliveries on behalf of residents (when not home) notifying the resident.
- Carry out any one-off cleaning required to common areas.
