- Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Manager to come on board and manage the day-to-day running's at a luxury residential development based in the heart of East London.
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday (9-5 or 8-6)
Main duties:- Managing the residential development taking full responsibility for onsite staff including holiday/sickness cover.
- Recruit and train team members as required.
- Set and manage the service charge budgets.
- Oversee any major works.
- Oversee contractors onsite, always ensuring compliance with health and safety.
- Undertake required risk assessments, health and safety checks and routine testing
- requirements ensuring concerns are acted upon and completed within the given timeframe.
- Build strong relationships with the residents and stakeholders.
- Attend AGM meetings.
- Respond to issues, accordingly, resolving efficiently.
- To provide a response to emergency queries (out of normal office hours) directing colleagues as appropriate including attendance where necessary.
The person:
- Excellent communicator.
- Experience of managing major works, including replacing cladding.
- AIRPM / MIRPM and IOSH qualified.
- Able to lead front of house teams in best practice.
- Experience working with RMC/RTM.
