Are you seeking a NEW Concierge opportunity?
We're currently recruiting for a brand new luxury development in Reading! RG2
The shifts will be on a 3 day ON & 3 day OFF shift pattern.
Duties will include:
- Maintaining a high level of customer service to residents/visitors/contractors by greeting them upon arrival and handling their requests efficiently.
- Accepting residents parcels and distributing them accurately between 50 - 500 a day.
- Managing all administration via site software and keeping all relevant paperwork up to date.
- Providing access to approved contractors and distributing access fobs to residents.
- Keeping the front desk neat and orderly.
- Reporting any health and safety issues throughout the building whilst on patrol.
You must have a strong customer service background, receptionist, administration or direct concierge experience to be considered for this role.
