Our client is looking for an expeienced Concierge to work at a Luxury Development in N1.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 7pm
Salary: £31,000 PA
You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors to the building and it is therefore imperative that you provide an efficient and courteous service to all.
Duties:
- To be responsible for all aspects of safety and security.
- Compleate full handover's at the start and end of your shift.
- Familiarise yourself with the events that may have occurred since you were last on duty.
- Read through the concierge's daily records in order to familiarise yourself with ongoing matters.
- You must check events past, present and future in the diary.
- If applicable you must check any amendments to the concierge rotas.
- Your prime concern must be for the security of the residents and your own personal security.
- The CCTV screens must be regularly monitored along with any other security equipment which has been installed.
- For both the safety of residents and your personal security you must carefully monitor visitors to the building and should not allow access via the main entrance door until you have satisfied yourself beyond reasonable doubt of the genuine nature of the visitor.
- Similarly, you should ascertain that people wanting access to the garage have reasonable grounds for being there.
- To regularly patrol the buildings and grounds as directed, recording times on time sheet.
- You are responsible for the security of the main entrance door and iron entrance gates to garden and garage ensuring they are always locked .
- You must carry out all cleaning required to the lifts and other common parts [outside of the cleaners' duties] in response to events, to maintain the appearance of the building. This is to include cleaning, checking faulty light bulbs, clearing windblown litter and leaves.
- You are responsible for the delivery of envelopes, parcels and recorded delivery items, ensuring that the residents are notified of such and that arrangements are made for collection.
- As requested, you will be responsible for arranging taxis for residents and other visitors.
- You should familiarise yourself with the various emergency procedures regarding mains water supply, electrical and mechanical plant, and ensure you are familiar with the appropriate emergency procedures.
- You will be required to maintain records regarding the holding of keys and other procedures which may be required.
- You will carry out additional duties directed by the Managing Agents.

Previous experience within residential or 4-5* luxury hotels would be beneficial, this is a front facing role where you will be providing 5* customer service to residents daily.
