- Description
We are currently recruiting for a temp to perm Traffic Officer to manage and oversee the car park facilities on a modern residential estate in South East London.
Hours: 7am to 7pm, 4on 4off rota
Salary: £11.10 per hour
Duties:
- Overseeing deliveries and collections on site.
- Managing the flow of traffic coming in and out of the development car park.
- Ensuring there are no obstructions to the car park and residents' spaces.
- Patrolling car park and premises, notifying management of any health and safety issues.
- Reporting defects to management.
- Occasionally you may be asked to litter pick the premises from time to time, to ensure it is in a clean state for residents.
- Providing on-site assistance to residents when required.
- Delivering customer service.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective at liaising with the public
- Well mannered and personable approach
