Description

We are currently recruiting for an assistant property manager to fill a much needed role in our clients' expanding property management team working on their national portfolio through a level 3 apprenticeship.

Working hours will be 9:00am - 5:30pm with an hour for lunch with the holiday entitlement of 28 days (including bank holidays).

The role is based in Plymouth and will require some travel to visit properties so a driving license will be essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the property management industry from the bottom with opportunities to progress upwards with time and effort.

Because this role is an apprenticeship the salary for the first 12 months is based on national apprenticeship rates, rising to £17,500.00 in the second year.

So first year would be £8,385.00 rising £17,500.00. Upon completion of the apprenticeship the successful applicant will be eligible for direct entry at Associate level (AIRPM) to the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM).

This is a development role which will lead to further opportunities in this fast-paced and exciting industry. We are looking for a strong personality who is dynamic, outgoing and creative.
