Our client are seeking an experienced Concierge to work within their luxury residential building based in e14
Salary - £23696.40 per annum
Rota - 8am - 8pm 4on , 4offDuties include:
- To be available about the building during the normal working hours
- At all times during your duty hours, to actively monitor the events inside and outside the blocks including the use of the building's parking facilities
- Carry out light maintenance and cleaning
- To ensure rubbish is collected and disposed off from outside residents' flats or stairwell early morning daily and to see that the main entry halls and windows are clean and tidy
- To see that all common parts are regularly cleaned and maintained to a high standard
Applicants for this role must have front of house experience, gained either in a residential or hotel enviroment.
