Our Client is looking for an Experienced Maintenance Operative to join their team at a Luxury Development in East London.
Duties:
- To complete basic tasks such as painting and decorating.
- Patch repairs in walls.
- Door adjustments.
- Lamp replacement.
- To complete weekly / monthly health and safety checks such as AOV test, Fire alarm test, Emergency light test, Gym checks.
- Jet washing external grounds, to work along side the yard man in removing bins on basis while covering for the Yardman if sick or on leave.
- To report to the Head concierge while completing all other task under a reasonable request by the Development Manager.
- Ensure residents are treated in a respectful, helpful, polite and efficient manner.
Requirements or qualifications:
- Full Driving licence is required.
