Our Client are currently seeking an experienced Night Porter to work at a luxury residential development based in North West London.
Working the hours of Monday to Friday (9pm - 6:30am) and Saturday (11pm - 6am)
Salary is £31,000 annually.
Duties include but are not limited to:
To provide all necessary services to the residents.
Communicate efficiently with all other members of staff and the residents and be responsible for a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property.
Issuing of keys only to correct personnel whilst recording at all times the signing in and out of keys
Regular building patrol to ensure cleanliness and comfort of the reception area and common parts.
Ensure effective security of residents and the building at all times including manning any CCTV
To assist residents at all times together with their guests and visitors when and where required.
To perform all necessary porter duties. These duties include but are not limited to carrying luggage/packages for residents as and when required.
To receive and distribute all mail.
To monitor all persons at the property and ensure they have a right to be present.
To answer the telephone and deal with general enquiries
To log messages, requests & events as per the approved procedure by correctly using the tools at your disposal.
To monitor the presence of contractors around the building and supervise their activities to ensure minimum disturbance to residents. This monitoring to be done in accordance with the agreed procedure.
Report and monitor health and safety issues and ensure a full safe working practice.
To take part in training in line with the company policies and procedures.
Log and report any incidence of disrepair by using the appropriate procedure/ tool at your disposal.
Requirements:
Previous work in 4/5* hotels or luxury residential building
High attention to detail
Smart presentation
Well-spoken English
