- Description
PMR are seeking a Mobilisation Delivery & Assurance Manager for our client, a leading BTR provider (12-Month FTC Maternity Cover). The mobilisation team ensure a development is lease and resident ready. This role is to provide efficient and proactive support and act a subject matter expert (SME) for project management guidance. To act as project assurance for the Mobilisation team and their key stakeholders; with a key focus on process, data, reporting and delivery as well as cross-department support with the Defects Resolution Team.
Key Accountabilities:
Data
- To be accountable as the project assurance and be the subject matter expert on all D&I schedules and technical projects (including DRT tech project and WASP). To provide support where needed - to help shape the requirements of all Mobilisation and DRT activity and act as a sounding board for all team members.
- Working with the Mobilisation PM and DRT manager, to be responsible to identify and manage key dependencies on behalf of different projects within the department. This is to include mobilisation projects, wider business projects and on-going activities.
- As directed by line manager, to embed the role of Project Assurance to be the "sense check" for all activity within the department and support the team to evolve their capability and responsibility to improve the quality of work to be "right first time".
- Systems - Salesforce
To act as the point of contact for all Salesforce activity across DRT and Mobilisation seeking operational efficiencies wherever possible
- Systems - WASP
To act as the point of contact for the WASP database and be ultimately responsible for driving Mobilisation activities within the database, ensuring accurate data is being entered and processed at all times
Utilities
- To own the end-to-end management of the Utility management during Mobilisation process.
- Manage all department data both online and offline (Salesforce and Excel). Reporting and analysing data on an ongoing basis to provide accurate record of department progress and feedback any issues/opportunities for improvement to Head of Mobilisation and Executive Commercial Director
Processes
- Working with all team members, own the review of Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) on an ongoing basis, suggest improvements and supplement where necessary. To review 100% of the SOPs yearly and enhance their accuracy and usability.
- To contribute to the compilation of "Teach in's" where required
- To identify opportunities for continuous improvement and betterment of all the processes the department undertakes and all activity you are involved in.
- To support the integration of ManCo requirements within Mobilisation activities, working with Head of Mobilisation and Head of FM where required
Other
- To support the Refresh & Aftercare project (and any other relevant refresh projects), defining the process and implementation into our existing estate.
- To support with the competitor research project as and when required
- To provide support and assurance on any other projects which may arise from time to time within the department or the wider business at the direction of line manager.
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
- Power-point, acrobat, excel and word-pro proficiency - IT literate
- To be proficient in Property Management software or similar (Salesforce etc)
- Excellent attention to detail, organised and diligent.
- Ideally experience working within an operational business
- Pro-active, able to identify, analyse and suggest improvement
- Driven and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrably enthusiastic and passionate about delivering success.
- Strong organisation and planning skills, coupled with a results- and outcome-focused approach
- Analytical thinking. The ability to distil and simplify complex problems, processes or projects into component parts, exploring and evaluating them systematically.
- Planning and organising. The ability to think ahead in order to establish effective and appropriate courses of action, thereby maximising time, cost and quality efficiencies; and the ability to prioritise and plan activities by taking into account all the relevant issues and factors such as deadlines, quality standards and resources.
