Our client are seeking an experienced Concierge/Porter to work within their luxury residnetial building based in Kensington.
Salary - £26,000 per annum + annual bonus
Rota - 7am - 7pm 4on , 4offDuties include:
- To be available about the building during the normal working hours
- At all times during your duty hours, to actively monitor the events inside and outside the blocks including the use of the building's parking facilities
- To ensure any substitute porter during official holidays is provided with all the information and keys required
- To ensure rubbish is collected and disposed off from outside residents' flats or stairwell early morning daily and to see that the main entry halls and windows are clean and tidy
- To see that all common parts are regularly cleaned and maintained to a high standard
Applicants for this role must have front of house experience, gained either in a residential or hotel enviroment.
