- Description
Our client is actively seeking a Temp to Perm Handyman/Caretaker to work on a luxury residential development based in West Drayton. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a similar environment and be able to perform basic Handyman duties.
Salary: £19,500 per annum
Duties required but are not limited to:
- Assist residents with any requests
- Painting and decorating communal areas
- Changing lightbulbs
- Handyman duties
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Ensure the tidiness of the common areas of the building
- Assist residents with luggage/shopping
- Correct issuing of all parcels, keeping record
- Cleaning duties of communal areas when required
- Ensure effective security of residents and the building at all times
Requirements:
- High attention to detail
- Smart presentation
- Well spoken English
- Previous experience working on a residential block or 4-5* hotels
Candidates must supply 2 professional references and be able to undergo relevant vetting checks.
