Temporary Residential Concierge - Luxury Apartments

PMR provides professional on-site staff to luxury apartments blocks across London, we are seeking temporary workers to join the team and work for us across high end sites. You would work on a zero hour contract basis, providing cover across various locations.

Hours: 8 - 12 hour shifts, days or nights available

Rates vary between £9.80 - £11.05 p/h + holiday pay

Main responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of front of house concierge office.
• Assisting residents, contractors and visitors when and where required.
• Reporting Faults and Defects through appropriate channels.
• Answer telephone calls and emails and logging of messages.
• Signing in and out visitors and contractors.
• Receiving parcels and letters on behalf of residents then programming them on a parcel data base system before putting them on shelf for collection.
• Key Holding and management, programming fob keys and car remote control fobs for contractors and residents.
• Handing out keys and access fob to cleaners, residents and contractors as required.
• Able to give a clear and concise handover at the end of the shift.

Candidates will ideally have previous experience working within a front of house receptionist environment, luxury residential apartments or 4-5* hotel experience would be beneficial but not essential.

We are looking for candidates with strong customer service skills, you must be immaculately presented and able to communicate effectively on the front desk.
