About the Development:

A brand new collection of luxuriously apartments located in South west London.

The Role:

• The Concierge will focus on the day-to-day residents and guests, delivering duties to an exceptional standard.
• Interacting with residents in a courteous, professional and helpful manner at all times
• Excel on the concierge services, amenity operations, security and housekeeping to ensure day-to-day running is seamless and a consistent high standard is delivered.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the Concierge reception at all times, specifically in relation to desks, glazing, floors, deliveries, flower arrangements and lighting.
• Directing, coordinating and planning essential services such as guest arrivals, deliveries, post, amenity bookings, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling.
• Focusing on building resident loyalty through proactive communications, setting, and managing expectations and delivering results.

• Excellent quality customer service for the development, its residents, and guests.
• Consistently striveing for and achieving success for the company.
• Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with residents, guests, and contractors working collaboratively to achieve overall business outcomes.
• Take personal responsibility for understanding and following the company's Health & Safety policies and practices, demonstrating personal engagement with safety, and proactively identifying risks and hazards and continuously improve safety performance.
• Work closely with the Property Manager with the implementation of standard opperating procedures and policies.
• Lives locally to the development.
