PMR require an Afternoon Concierge/Valet for a residential development located in East Finchley.
Rota is:
Monday - Friday: 2pm - 7pm
As a Concierge you will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents, guests and external contractors and will be the first and main point of contact for all queries.
This is a permanent opportunity for an excellent concierge to work at a modern, super prime resdiential development.
As a Concierge your key day-to-day duties involve operation of the Concierge Desk, reporting to head office management and monitoring on-site security.
Your main responsibility will be to uphold a first class reception service and maintaining high levels of security and safety within the development.
Key Responsibilities:
-Acting as the main point of contact for all queries from residents and guests
-Undertake regular walks of the building
-Ensuring the provision of excellent 5* concierge services
-Helping to ensure the safety of all residents, guest and staff
-Key management
-Parcel management
-5* meet & greet - (helping with shopping, deliveries, holding open doors etc)
-Front desk duties
-Swimming Pool testing
-Parking of cars upon request
-Watering plants that are not covered with irrigation systems (seasonal)
-Building Patrols
About You:
We are looking for someone who is very service orientated as well as extremely well presented. The ideal candidate will be well-mannered with a proven history of high end experience in either private residential developments, 5* hotel or similar.
You will also have:
-Full UK Driving Licence held for 2 years+ (must be over 25 years old for insurance reasons)
-Previous experience of delivering excellent customer service.
-Strong command of the English language
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Confidence, initiative and keen eye for detail
-Good understanding of Health & Safety processes.
