Our client manages a portfolio of serviced apartments across London and the South East UK and they are currently recruiting for a Guest Services Advisor!
Salary: £20-£22k pa
Contract: Perm, full time
Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:45am-6pm
Start date: Immediate
Key responsibilities: Assist the rest of the Guest Services team in responding to guests' needs via email or telephone and complete daily administrative tasks. Provide out-of-hours on-call cover for when our dedicated personnel are on annual leave. (On-call cover for annual leave is a responsibility shared by all GS Advisors and is rarely required)
Ideal candidate: Should be a confident and amicable individual who works well within a team, pays close attention to detail, is focused on providing a high standard of customer service, has the ability to problem solve and communicates effectively (written & verbal). All candidates must be IT literate at a competent level.
