- Description
We are working with a luxury residential development based in East London who are currently seeking a Lettings Coordinator to the team on site.
This is an exciting opportuntity to work with a vibrant east London community spanning a collection of 248 individually-designed rental loft apartments, three rooftop gardens, two restaurants, three bars and a design hotel.
Hours: 9am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Duties:
- Pre-tenancy checks/ right to rent checks for new tenants
- Conducting tenant referencing
- Drawing up renewal documents
- Answering the telephone, responding to queries and requests
- Providing support to the Lettings team and residents
- Drafting pre-tenancy paperwork
- Booking check-ins and arranging property cleaning for new tenancies
Candidate attributes
- Keen eye and strong attention to detail

- Postive attitude, willing to get stuck in
- Personable/ bubbly character
- Customer service skills, able to respond effectively and liase with clients
- ARLA qualified would be preferable
