Description

PMR are currently recruiting for new temporary Caretakers for upcoming shifts across luxury residential developments in London.

We have a high volume of work available - shift hours will vary depending on the Client, and salary will range between £9.70ph - £11.05 per hour + 12.07% holiday pay per hour.

- Cleaning of communal internal and external areas s
- Removing any dumped refuse bags
- Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces
- Cleaning windows within easy reach.
- Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.
- Reporting required repairs/maintenance in communal areas.
- Bin collections
- General cleaning
- Basic minor maintenance issues
