Temporary Cleaner & Caretakers, London Based

We are a Recruitment Agency, who specialise in both temporary and permanent staffing for Residential Developments across London. We are currently on the look out for cleaners and caretakers looking for temporary work, either to earn some extra income in addition to a current role or some ongoing/contract work as and when required.

Hours: Varied, based on site requirements. E.G. 8am to 4pm, Monday - Friday

Rate: Ranging from £9.80 - £11.05ph plus Holiday Pay (site dependent)

Contract: You would be employed on a zero hour contract, allowing flexibility to work when you can, as and when work becomes available

Main purpose of the job:
To provide general cleaning or maintenance support for the buildings and external areas, depending on the role.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Oversee cleaning of internal or external areas of blocks according to job specification.
- Clean and polish entrance doors and door furniture.
- Empty, clean and replace waste bins.
- Check all overflows externally
- Pick up litter

Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a caretaker, estate operative or cleaner. It would be beneficial if this was within a residential or hotel setting
- Honest and Reliable
- Team Player
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
