PMR are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to work with our client, to provide onsite lettings and property management services to a large residential development in West London.
This role will involve being the first point of contact from enquiry stage, viewing the property through to resident move in. As well as, ensuring an elevated level of customer service is provided to residents at all times and engaging with residents to create a sense of community within the development.
The ideal candidate will:
- Assist the Property Manager to ensure that reputation of the development, seeking feedback from and listening to residents to deliver an excellent experience which exceeds expectations.
- Constantly seek to evolve and improve the customer experience to ensure that the lifestyle offered to residents meets company values, ensuring that all customer enquiries are handled and resolved quickly and efficiently
- Maintain positive and effective communication channels with members and wider community, ensuring that all enquiries and requests for assistance are processed and resolved 'right-first-time' and in timely manner
- Build effective relationships with all stakeholders, helping to oversee a comprehensive program of events to engage with residents and the wider local community
- Build a strong sense of local community where residents feel valued and a part of something special.
- Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to at all times and provide feedback to keep these up-to-date and relevant.
- Assist with the reletting of vacant properties, approve applications and ensure the letting and move-in process is seamless and efficient
- Ensure that accurate records and data is recorded and maintained, providing insight and analysis in a variety of formats when required
- Ensure that the property is always in good condition and that any defects and required maintenance are undertaken promptly and to a high standard.
- Oversee security and safety on-site to ensure that residents feel safe and that fire and other risk assessments/procedures are undertaken and actioned, maintain appropriate records and documentation
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
Proven knowledge and experience of:
- Two years' experience of letting and managing residential properties.
- Experience working effectively in teams.
- Commitment to and experience of delivering excellent customer service
- Knowledge and experience of helping to create and curate strong, thriving communities where residents feel valued
- Experience of looking after buildings and residents
- Commercial acumen
- Delivering to agreed targets and timescales
- Time Management
- Strong ICT skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook,
- Property management software
- Collecting, analysing and summarizing a variety of data and preparing succinct reports in various formats for different audiences
- Being a team player
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong people skills
- Possess a positive attitude at all times
