Description

PMR are seeking a lettings associate to work with one of our client, you will be working with teams across the business, you will deliver the front end of our customer journey ensuring we meet their Lease up targets maximising move ins whilst driving tenancy lengths.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To work with the team to meet the business plan lease up goal, time scales and revenue targets whilst ensuring a good knowledge of occupancy/void levels;
  • To pro-actively contact and qualify new customer enquiries, register their rental requirements, match their requirements to the appropriate apartment and book viewing tours;
  • To tour potential customers, actively promoting the most relevant benefits of Quintain Living against their needs using an authentic and honest approach;
  • Negotiate appropriately and close potential customers to live with Quintain Living whilst working within the businesses promotional guidelines;
  • Promote and sell additional revenue generating services such as parking, storage facilities, lounge hire etc.;
  • To progress all leases in a timely fashion working closely with the operations and administration teams;
  • Work in close collaboration with Resident team to ensure every arrival (viewing tour and move-in) has a seamless exceptional experience;
  • To support and set up leasing open days and contribute to corporate customer events where required;
  • Make recommendations with regard to monthly rents and rent ability of respective apartments;
  • To help develop a community within Quintain Living through fashioning and facilitating Quintain Living resident events when required;
  • Build strong and enduring relationships, both internally and externally;
  • Be the champion of our customers. Consistently look at ways we can improve the customer experience and journey through NPS feedback. Ensure every customer and resident have a fantastic Quintain Living experience;
  • To ensure the software system is up to date and accurate at all times;
  • Ensure documentation and initial payments are accurate and compliant;
  • To feed back to the Leasing Manager on customer responses and headline rents.
