Description

PMR are currently recruiting for new permanent staff for upcoming Caretaker vacancies across London.

Shift hours will vary depending on which Client, and salary will range between £9ph - £10.75ph

Duties will include but aren't limited to:
- Front desk meet and greeting residents
- Assisting residents with luggage and shopping
- Key collection and distribution
- Signing for and delivering packages and post
- Bin collections
- General cleaning
- Basic minor maintenance issues
- Basic Gardening (Watering of plants etc)

Previous experience working within residential would be great, otherwise similar customer service based roles would be fine.

You must have two excellent references and be willing to potentially undertake vetting checks
