TEMPORARY DAY & NIGHT CONCIERGE'S
We're looking for personable, proactive Day & Night Concierge's to join PMR!
We work with luxury residencies across Lonon on a temporary and permanent basis - are you interested?
Main Duties will be:
- Welcoming Visitors into the building in a polite and friendly manner
- Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required
- Accurate Parcel Handling & Recording
- Dealing with all residents requests and complaints professionally
- Maintaining a log book of any contractors or visitors who enter the building
Experience Required
- Concierge Experience of any sort (residential and 5* hotels are preferable)
- Excellent Customer Service Background (at least 6 months experience)
