Description

We are looking for an Associate Director in the Build to Rent division of a highly successful global property management client. The company offers the opportunity to work with leading institutional investors, managing their Build to Rent assets to achieve maximum NFI, occupancy, tenant retention and customer satisfaction.

As Associate Director, you will be responsible for several investor BTR portfolios; managing onsite teams, ensuring and improving the tenant experience whilst minimising void periods and maximising the assets' value.

Your key duties will include:

  • Recruiting, training and managing onsite teams
  • Dealing with escalated property management issues
  • Conducting competitor analysis
  • Providing development consultancy for future projects
  • Managing lettings and the leasing process for your assets
  • Minimising void periods
  • Reporting to clients on profit, voids, renewals and property management issues
  • Resolving any major issues for your tenants and clients

The successful candidate should have experience of managing several assets ideally on a national basis, including management and training of on-site staff. You must have experience of team management as well as leasing and operating residential units, this could be from a build to rent, student or estate agency background. Experience of managing complex property management issues and complaint resolution is also required.
